Agnes Jaoui will be the president of the Jury  for the sixth ediztion of Regards Croises Film Festival, dedicated to short movies about handicap and integration :

Agnès JAOUI, PRÉSIDENTE DU JURY DE LA 6ÈME ÉDITION DU FESTIVAL REGARDS CROISÉS, le premier Festival de films sur le thème « Métiers et Handicaps ».

 Le Festival aura lieu les 2 & 3 octobre 2014 à Nîmes, Novotel Atria. Les candidatures pour participer à cette édition sont ouvertes jusqu’au 31 août 2014.

Michel Leclerc confirms in an inrerview with La Depeche Jean-Pierre Bacri will be the star of his next movie, La vie très privée de monsieur Sim, an adapatation from a Jonathan Coe novel:


«Que le spectateur puisse projeter sa propre histoire» 

"....Quels sont vos projets ?
 Ma compagne (Baya Kasmy) vient de terminer le tournage de «Je suis à vous tout de suite», dont j'ai coécrit le scénario. Et moi à l'automne, je commence à tourner «La vie très privée de monsieur Sim», l'adaptation d‘un roman de Jonathan Coe, avec Jean-Pierre Bacri. Ma compagne a tourné avec Agnès Jaoui.

 Pourquoi une adaptation ?
 Baya m'a dit tu devrais lire ce roman. En le lisant, j'ai eu un énorme coup de cœur, je me suis reconnu dans le roman. J'ai retrouvé mes obsessions. Le film sera tragicomique mais aussi politique...." To read all the interview click here

She also talks about her love for Spain and how she got the idea for Au bout du conte:
